To that little voice
Why do you always have to put me down even when I know I am amazing? I just have to keep reminding myself that. No more can’t only yes I cans. Why do you make me overthink things that I don’t get why I am overthinking? The little voice is encouraging sometimes because it helps me work harder for things. I need to control this voice more to not let it affect my life if I listen of course I can’t do things because I am listening. If I like something I have to pursue it. Stop overthinking it.

Day 3- Manifestation challenge
So far I have manifested a bunch of new clients, Positive energy, and I am rebranding a start up company. Very excited to see what else happens.
For the first time in a while I am starting to meditate 5mins a day. I feel a lot more calm. Also I have gotten rid of some clutter in my house that has negative energy. I have started to knit again.
Day 1-30 day Manifestation challenge
So I have decided I will be starting a Manifestation challenge I heard very good things and I believe it works.
Morning Ritual (Every Day)
Repeat Affirmations that connect you with good feelings about your goal.
My Example “Everyone can see my creativity and Talent”
I am looking forward to growing my business and myself by doing this.
Day 1-3
Focus creating a positive environment. Clean and tidy your house add splashes of bright colour that put you in an upbeat mood, air out rooms by opening windows.
Think about potential negative influences in your home and get rid of them! Time to ditch stuff that reminds you of the past.
I have gone through some stuff and got rid of some things.
I got a potential interview today. My client loved the work I designed for them.
Evening Ritual (Every Day)
Go to a quiet space and meditate for 5-10 mins and let your body fill up with calmness and positivity. Next create a gratitude journal and write down a few things you appreciated that day.
