Day 1-30 day Manifestation challenge

So I have decided I will be starting a Manifestation challenge I heard very good things and I believe it works.

Morning Ritual (Every Day)
Repeat Affirmations that connect you with good feelings about your goal.
My Example “Everyone can see my creativity and Talent”

I am looking forward to growing my business and myself by doing this.

Day 1-3

Focus creating a positive environment. Clean and tidy your house add splashes of bright colour that put you in an upbeat mood, air out rooms by opening windows.

Think about potential negative influences in your home and get rid of them! Time to ditch stuff that reminds you of the past.

I have gone through some stuff and got rid of some things.

I got a potential interview today. My client loved the work I designed for them.

Evening Ritual (Every Day)
Go to a quiet space and meditate for 5-10 mins and let your body fill up with calmness and positivity. Next create a gratitude journal and write down a few things you appreciated that day.

If anyone else has done this I would love to hear about it.

Motivation

In having your own business you need a lot of motivation to keep going. Yes it gets very difficult but then I remember what I am doing this for. I know their is my out there for me than just a 9-5 job.  I also want more than that. I think the people who think outside the box are the ones who achieve the most. Its all about mindset if you believe that their is not much out there for you then thats what you will get. Dreamers are the ones wanting to make a change wanting something more.

“Michael Jordan: Often regarded as the greatest basketball player of all time, Michael Jordan struggled his way to success. According to Forbes, he was the first athlete to become a billionaire.
Marilyn Monroe: First contract with Columbia Pictures expired because they told her she wasn’t pretty enough to be an actress.
Steve Jobs: After dropping out of college and starting a computer company out of his garage, few would guess the this visionary would rewrite computing history.
Stephen King was broke and struggling when he was first trying to write. He lived in a trailer with his wife also a writer and they both worked multiple jobs to support their family while pursuing their craft. They were so poor they had to borrow clothes for their wedding and had gotten rid of the telephone because it was too expensive.
Oprah dealt with a lot throughout her public life—criticism about her weight, racism, intrusive questions about her sexuality, just to name a few—but she never let it get in the way of her ambition and drive. When you look at her childhood, her personal triumphs are cast in an even more remarkable light.
J.K. Rowling saw herself as a failure at this time. She was jobless, divorced, penniless, and with a dependent child. She suffered through bouts of depression, eventually signing up for government-assisted welfare. It was a difficult time in her life, but she pushed through the failures.
Albert Einstein genius of a scientist most famous for his theory of relativity was mistaken to be retarded by his parents when he was a child. His grades in school were consistently poor and he couldn’t even read till the age of seven. No one could have predicted the child would go on to win the Nobel prize in physics.”

“Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.” — Winston Churchill

Suzy-Featured Midlife Coach#6

Suzy is a Master Certified Life and Weight Coach with The Life Coach School. She understands your situation because she has been in your shoes. She works with frustrated midlife working moms. She helps you bust out of that midlife funk, figure out what you want and make changes to create a life that makes you giddy with excitement about all that’s possible.

When I think about it, It’s really no surprise that my passion led me to study behavior. My MA in Applied Social Psychology honed my listening skills and opened the door to a 25 year career in public health, specifically in tobacco use prevention, heart health promotion and addiction and mental health education.

Although I loved my career, I found myself feeling quite stuck about the time I turned 50. I really missed working one-on-one with people and knew I wasn’t content anymore.

I wanted more. I felt it deep inside.

I was bored to tears. My job looked so good on paper, but I was withering away. But I couldn’t get my head around leaving. Golden handcuffs can get really tight! I was afraid to leave. And I let five years go by.

Yes…five years.

Then one day…I got a fateful knock at my office door. I was being laid off. Totally harsh, but wow, it opened up the possibility for me to make the change I really wanted but was too fearful to make on my own.

I get what you’re going through.

I was there too. I know first-hand what it’s like to feel confused and fearful about change. I also know what it’s like to bust through.

Kind words from a client:

“Through thoughtful questions about my life – past and current – and through discussion about my passions, Suzy, helped me think positively about my unexpected midlife career change. She left me feeling ready to face this new life challenge with excitement and optimism.”

Kathleen, Rhode Island

Also she sells essential oils for whatever you need. I have bought from her a diffuser starter pack and a defuser bracelet which I absolutely love. She was very kind and even included extra cotton pads for the bracelet. Support this amazing person you will not be disappointed.
